Refund and Returns Policy

Our return policy is very strict. Please make sure you read the rules before you shop with us. These rules are designed to prevent fraudulent practices and activities.

We are 100% committed to your satisfaction. Every item is hand-checked by one of our members before it leaves the door to make sure you get the best of everything While we make every effort to make sure your box arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things do happen. If you find a problem with an item you have received, please take a picture of the defect and contact us immediately. We will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to provide you with a full refund or exchange.

● Return Conditions

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return. For protection and insurance purposes, we recommend that you use a carrier that can be tracked and signed for, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the goods during the return process.

-All items sold must be returned in their original condition (i.e. if the item has been used, we cannot and will not issue a refund).

-No missing bags or labels inside the product

-No scratches/creases on the product packaging

-Boxes must be provided for returned items to be protected

You have 5 business days to send your item back to us. If any of the above rules are violated, we will refuse any refund or return. If our tracking information shows delivered or signed for, we reserve the right to refuse any form of compensation if a claim is made.

● Defects and Quality Control

We are not responsible for small glue stains or stitching errors on our products. These are very common. We do not consider this to be a valid reason for discounting or compensation.

We are a resale store. We do not manufacture the items we sell. This means that we are not responsible if the quality of the product deteriorates over time.

● Order Cancellation

If you place an order and decide to cancel it for any reason before we ship it, we will give you 100% of your money back. However, once the item has been shipped, we do not accept cancellations at all.

● Refunds

1. How we will refund you. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email letting you know that we have received your return. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit or debit card or original payment method within 14 days of the date we received the returned item (or, if we have not yet sent you the item, 14 days from the date you notified us of the cancellation).

2. Shipping Refunds: We are unable to refund shipping costs when items are returned. Any shipping charges paid will be deducted from your refund.

3. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable). If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account and then contact your credit card company or bank.
